the thing is though, why the hell is it derogatory? like, to me, insults are just a word that generally doesn’t have to affect you because you are you no matter other people’s opinions of you, and if you’re transgender, bi, les, gay, pan, whatever else, be fucking proud of you because you are the best you you can be and if that isn’t good enough for some people, then they aren’t worth your fucking time.
